Principal’s Blog: “We do it Together”

Fr. John was famous for saying, “We do it together.” Our homes, schools, and communities have been rapidly responding to uncertainty and unprecedented change. We all are doing our best to remain positive and find the fortitude to continue. The only way we will get through this time is together. We are working together now, and we will get through this together.

  • Our parish is continuing to provide meaningful prayer experiences through Facebook and their website. They are also in a strong position to direct families in need to support resources.
  • We are maintaining 100% engagement of our students, thanks to the support of our parents and teachers.
  • Our teacher teams continue to collaborate closely through regular meetings, sharing resources, and strategizing the best way to support students.
  • We are committed to providing an in-person graduation liturgy for our eighth graders. When the state guidelines permit us to have a gathering, we will work to plan an experience that appropriately honors our 2020 graduates.
The sense of community, closeness, and mutual commitment that we share as a community right now is one of the blessings of Catholic education. We’re in this together, and we’ll get through this together in faith.
